If you are logged into your Microsoft account on the web in a browser, just follow the link below

Set up the calendar that will appear on your personal Bookings page.

If you have not used MS Bookings before, you will probably find that a meeting type called "Office Hours" will be created automatically.

You can click on this to edit the title, description, type of meeting and your available days and times.

You can delete this default entry and create one or more from scratch too.

NOTE: You can set a meeting type as Public or Private. Public will appear on your general booking page, and Private will only work for people with the relevant booking link.

How do I use or share my Bookings link?

Once you have set your calendar and meeting options as you want them, copy the link from the Share button.

You can use the link to direct people to your Bookings page by sending them the link, putting it in your LinkedIn profile, email signature, etc.

If you are using Microsoft signatures, there is the option to automatically update your signature.

If you are using a third party solution (most cases) you will need to add the link to your signature.

What else should I do?

Test it!  Once you have created your link send it to your personal email account or try it in a private browsing session to make sure it works as you want it to, before your share it with everyone.
